· Please if you have any extra instructions let us know in as many details as you like so it will help us getting the best of your personalisation.

· Please ensure you check and double check your spelling because we use "Copy & Paste"

· If you have not left any printing instructions we will message you after sale and if there is no answer from you (after sending 3-5 message in 2-5 days) then we will send a final message where we explain that we are sending you item plain and a random colour where applicable
