Delivery Information
We offer free delivery with most of our products! We aim to dispach your orders the same working day if provided with the right information and if ordered before 12pm. Delivery will be made via Royal Mail 2nd class and deliveries are expected
to arrive in 3-5 days from receiving cleared payment.
General Information
There are personalized items and you will require to give extra attention when placing your order.
Please check spelling, upper and lower cases before confirming, your order will be sent as you provided.
Incorrect information may delay your order.

Colour and engraving
Logo or text are marked in white colour, and the marking result may vary from different angle.
Colour Matching willl not be possible with digital printed products, we however can get as close as we can and send you a sample photo and it will come at extra cost

We are a family run business who specialise in the personalisation of gifts
and promotional products for your business, weddings, birthdays, or any
special occasion.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any
time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these
and we will refund any money already paid for them.
However, we will not be responsible for any compensation for any other looses
you may suffer if we do not supply the goods and we will make sure to let you know as soon
as possible of any delays.

We take your privacy very seriously and we will never share your personal information
with any third parties.
Returns
We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied
with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order,
please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve it.
Personalised products are all made to order and cannot be returned unless there is
a problem with the item or we have engraved wrongly from your instructions.
