How to get your item personalised?

After purchase or at checkout you can tell us how to personalise it, you can choose fonts from our photos or you can suggest a font you might like and we will try to get that for you, if you have a logo please get in touch for more info.

You need to include as many details as you like in order for us to get the right personalisation for you, let`s say you want your text in the in a corner or in the middle, please tell us that, otherwise if we don`t get much information we will proceed on doing it as we think will look best and we should not be responsible that it`s not as you like (for example you do not like the font or size or position) because you had your chance to tell us that before

We are flexible with any order but please bear in mind that the more details you have the longer it will take us to process your order

· For example:

· Font style 1, icon 145 on the left-hand side

· Message: (Happy Birthday Mum)

· Please put your engraving text inside brackets () so we know to only engrave that.

· Please if you have any extra instructions let us know in as many details as you like so it will help us get the best of your personalisation.

· Please ensure you check and double-check your spelling because we use "Copy & Paste"

· If you have not left any engraving instructions we will message you after the sale and if there is no answer from you (after sending 3-5 messages in 2-5 days) then we will send a final message where we explain that we are sending you item plain and a random colour where applicable

· These are personalized items and you will require to give extra attention when placing your order.

· Please check spelling, upper and lower cases before confirming, your order will be sent as you provided.

· Incorrect information may delay your order.



Note: The real colour of the item might be slightly different from the pictures shown on website caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness.

-Personalised products are all made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a problem with the item or we have engraved wrongly from your instructions.
