with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order,

please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve it.

Personalised products are all made to order and cannot be returned unless there is

a problem with the item or we have engraved wrongly from your instructions.

If you have received your order and there is a problem please contact us straight away.

We offer free delivery with most of our products! We aim to dispach your orders the same working day if provided with the right information and if ordered before 12pm. Delivery will be made via Royal Mail 2nd class and deliveries are expected

to arrive in 3-5 days from receiving cleared payment.

How to get your item personalised

• Choose your text style from our photos, then let us know the message/name/logo/photo you would like to be printed and the colour of your text, via the messaging system during checkout, or by sending us a message once you have placed the order.
• If a vector file is used please contact us for further information.
• Please put your printing text inside brackets () so we know to only print that for example: (Happy Birthday)
• Where applicable you can choose design and icon/s to add to your message (designs usually come with some Icons)
• For example:  
• Font style 1, icon 145 on the left hand side
• Message: (Happy Birthday Mum)
• Please put your text inside brackets () so we know to only print that.
• Please if you have any extra instructions let us know in as many details as you like so it will help us getting the best of your personalisation.
• Please ensure you check and double check your spelling because we use "Copy & Paste"
• If you have not left any printing instructions we will message you after sale and if there is no answer from you (after sending 3-5 message in 2-5 days) then we will send a final message where we explain that we are sending you item plain and a random colour where applicable
• These are personalized items and you will require to give extra attention when placing your order.
• Please check spelling, upper and lower cases before confirming, your order will be sent as you provided.
• Incorrect information may delay your order.

 

Note: The real colour of the item might be slightly different from the pictures shown on website caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness.

This item will be personalised using full colour printing , if you would like to use one of our font please let us know the colour you will want to be printed.
